A comprehensive evaluation is performed on each athlete, assessing functional strength, muscle imbalance, physical limitations, body composition and athletic performance. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each individual athlete are identified a comprehensive training program is prescribed addressing the strength, power, and speed aspects of the athlete's sport, position and limiting factors as well as the mobility, flexibility and nutritional components of athletic performance.
The Program
Designed for the serious athlete, this program prepares an athlete through extensive performance enhancement training coupled with advanced regeneration, nutritional & supplemental strategies allowing the athlete to maximize their athletic performance. The EIT is a multi-session 6-day a week program with focus on the individual athlete.
EIT provides quality training with each athlete, thereby creating a high intensity, motivational and comprehensive training environment with maximal results. Specific regeneration, pre-habilitation, recovery and other supplemental requirements the athlete may need will also be addressed.
